Welcome to Evergreen Elementary — where our mission is to educate all children in a safe, caring, and challenging environment!

Home to approximately 370 students in 4K through fifth grade, Evergreen Elementary is nestled among the rolling countryside of Holmen. Our campus features age-appropriate outdoor play areas, a nature trail, sledding hills, and hand-painted hard-surface play zones that inspire curiosity and exploration. Originally built in 1979, Evergreen grew in 1993 with the addition of a kindergarten wing and gymnasium, and again in 2019 through a community-supported referendum that enhanced safety and accessibility with a secure entry remodel. Most recently, the 2022 referendums supported the construction of a new kitchen, as well as a full building and site remodel and reconstruction — further modernizing learning spaces, improving functionality, and enhancing the overall student experience.

At Evergreen, children are our priority. Every decision we make is centered on what’s best for students. Through strong community partnerships, we connect families with resources to support both academic and social-emotional growth. Our staff works collaboratively across the School District of Holmen to maintain high expectations and ensure success for every child.
